Our Sports Car Tours in France, along the Route des Grandes Alpes to the Côte d’Azur, are the perfect road trip for lovers of the Mediterranean ambience.
A road trip with cult status, 700 kilometers in length and a difference in altitude of 15,700 meters: this is the Route des Grandes Alpes, which leads from Martigny in Switzerland to Nice on the Côte d’Azur. The tour through the Alps is one of the most beautiful routes in the world. The route leads over 18 passes in the high Alps! Nine of these passes are above 2,000 meters, including the highest road pass in the Alps, the Col de l’Iseran, at 2,770 meters.
Where to go in France?
There are many beautiful areas in France where a sports car tour is recommended, such as Champagne, Alsace, Vosges and especially the Cote d’Azure.Here luxury, sea, celebrities, luxury hotels, great coastal roads and mountain passes in the hinterland are close together! Monte Carlo/Monaco also hosts the legendary Formula 1 race every year in May!
Where are you going on tour in France?
Our tours are planned along the Côte d’Azur. The tour start can also be planned in Germany or Italy.A possible tour would be from Genoa via San Remo, Cap Martin to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez to Marseille. Possible race tracks for a driver training and a trackday would be the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet or the Circuit du Var near Le Luc.
The Circuit du Var is located in Le Luc, about 100 km west of Nice and 40 km from St. Tropez. This circuit was the test track of the former AGS Formula 1 team (1986-1991). The 2.2 km long and 9 m wide track consists of nine different curves and meets all requirements for Formula 1 cars.

The journey to the starting point of the tour in Chamonix/Switzerland is either in your own sports car or we provide you with one of our rental vehicles. We will be happy to make you an appropriate offer.
How long is the sports car tour in France?
Sports car tours in France are possible in different duration and length.
For example, on the Côte d’Azur sports car tour we drive about 2000 kilometers in 7 days/6 nights. The tour ends in Lugano.
How many participants are there on average?
We plan with a minimum number of participants of 8 people. A maximum of 14 participants can travel in 7 vehicles. We drive in small and exclusive groups!
What are the contents and routes of the tour?
For example, we drive the Grand Alpes Tour over many mountain passes to Nice. For the ride and crossing of the Alps we plan 3 days/2 nights. From Hotel Cantemerle we plan several day trips along the coast (Grand Corniche Road) and into the hinterland. The return trip will take us along the coastal road to Genoa and then to Lugano, where we will spend the night and have dinner in an agriturismo in a vineyard.
What are the highlights of a sports car tour in France?
We cross 13 of the 18 Alpine passes of the Grand Alpes Route during the Côte d’Azur Tour.

Our sports car tours are always guided tours. We accompany our tours with experienced instructors in our own instructor vehicle, which also serves as a replacement vehicle during the tour! Since we are on the road as a group, we also go together to dinner and the planned social programs. But there is also enough time to retreat once!
